Those flying insects have two membranous wings with the hind wings usually smaller than the front ones. Wasps have a bad reputation as they sometimes sting humans but are generally beneficial to humankind by destroying harmful insects. One the Pepsis wasp even kills tarantulas and use them as incubation chambers for their eggs and larvaes. Many live in highly structured and complex societies.
